
1. FMS Data & Work Order Management
· Manage Asset Lifecycle: Input newly installed equipment into FMS and coordinate with the System Owner for asset deletion approvals.
· Schedule & Track Work: Build PM job plans, issue weekly maintenance schedules, and audit completed work orders (PM/CM).
· Maintain System Integrity: Ensure all data, work order updates, and system parameters remain accurate in FMS.
2. Leadership, Training & Collaboration
· Lead Technical Teams: Serve as the functional maintenance leader and point of contact for the Maintenance Technicians.
· Onboard & Support Users: Train new hires and provide system support to internal Tiers and external contractors regarding FMS updates.
· Represent the Department: Attend specialized FMS update meetings and communicate workflow modifications to stakeholder groups.
3. Chemical Inventory & Water Treatment Operations
· Monitor & Report Consumption: Track daily and weekly usage trends for coagulants, flocculants, polymers, acids, and alkalines.
· Manage Supply Levels: Maintain a strict 2-to-3-week chemical safety buffer and alert the System Owner 3 weeks before stock hits critical low thresholds.
· Support Yard Logistics: Coordinate with the chemical yard team regarding reorders, inventory updates, and container labeling.
· Perform Process Testing: Conduct jar tests manually during influent changes or system deviations to fine-tune chemical dosing efficiency.
4. Safety, Compliance & Administration
· Emergency Spillage Response: Take immediate containment action for leaks or spillages originating from filter presses, thickeners, clarifiers, or tank systems.
· Document Control: Manage and maintain the TIM Facilities SharePoint repository and safely archive official facility audits.
