HR Assistant
Job Description
Assist in providing administrative support to HR Executive and HR Manager.
Maintain filing system and records for HR Department.
Organize and manage employee records.
Assist in updating of employees leave & time-off application records
Able to handle Recruitment
Respond to emails/answer telephone calls and provide needed information
Provide general support & any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR manager
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource/Business Management or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good and positive attitude
