Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service over the phone, assisting clients with financial inquiries.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality service standards and achieve performance targets.
Needed Qualifications
- At least two years of college or equal education.
- Have three months of call center experience or related customer service background.
- We prefer candidates who are familiar with 401k processes.
- Accept K-12 graduates or 2nd-year college completers.
- You must have at least one year of BPO experience. It must relate to banking, insurance, or HR payroll
