GROUP HR & ADMIN MANAGER

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ability to resolve complain or other dispute to enhance relationship between management and employees.
  • Managing recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall Group HR system and processes, tactics and procedure within the group organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Human Resource or related field.
  • Proven working experience as Group HR Manager for minimum of 5-10 years.
  • Able to read, write and speak well in mandarin.
  • People oriented and result driven.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource system.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skill.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skill.
  • Competence to build and effectively mange interpersonal relationship at all the levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Willing to work at Kapar, Klang
