Civil Work Supervisor

1) Reports to Site Supervisor;
2) Oversee all the aspects of civil construction activities on the wastewater treatment plant site, 
ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
3) Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, etc.
4) Indirectly supervise the work of subcontractor’s personnel, ensuring they perform tasks 
efficiently and safely.
5) Monitor construction progress, identify potential problems, and develop solutions to keep the 
project on schedule and within budget.
6) Conduct daily quality control inspections, ensuring work meets project standards.
7) Conduct pre-construction meetings and safety briefings with subcontractor’s personnel.

1. Civil Work Supervisor – P30,000- P35,000.

Field Allowances

Work assignment will be at LTI office- GATE 3, Laguna Technopark Inc., Binan, Laguna. The preferred age is below 40 years old.

1) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering;
2) 2-3 years of experience in civil construction supervision; experience in wastewater treatment 
plant construction is an advantage;
3) Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment;
4) Experience in project or sub-contractor supervision/management;
5) Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment plant processes is an advantage;
6) Proficient in general engineering principles;
7) Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
8) Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations;
9) Can handle multiple tasks often with competing deadlines;
10) Must have a good scholastic record;
11) Must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Inc. and Project Sites
