Managing a portfolio of accounting clients, providing service and support remotely
Prepare and maintain comprehensive and accurate full sets of accounts
Deliver monthly reporting packages timely to meet clients' needs for clients
Manage monthly payroll processing for clients
Utilizing cloud-based software such as Xero, Talenox, Bukku, Microsoft Teams and more, enabling efficient workflows and timely deliverables.
Experience in Xero accounting software is highly regarded, enabling you to hit the ground running in a remote capacity
Good command of spoken and written English, enabling effective communication with internal departments and external clients remotely.
Ability to speak Chinese or Japanese is an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
Display a self-motivated and independent mindset while also being a proactive team player, fostering collaboration and success in a remote setting
