Description:

We're still looking for Virtual Assistants- Accounting/ Bookkeeping with experience managing a variety of administrative tasks is a plus.

Preferably with Customer Service/VA experienced!

Location: CEBU CITY

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, financial management or management accounting or related field or strong experience 
  • Minimum of 2 to 4yrs of work experience in a US firm as a bookkeeper
  • Previous work experience using Quickbooks Desktop
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively and proactively with internal and external customers, all management levels, team members and co-workers 
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
