-can perform with minimal supervision 

-maintain and update accounting records and file 

-analyze budgets and create expense reports 

-proven working experience as accounts payable clerk

-proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records 

-data entry skills aling a knack for numbers

-process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

-reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
