Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, coordinate and manage transporter for daily shipment delivery
· Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
· Ensure proper filing of purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders and customers’ pallet/tray delivery notes and maintain records and documents
· Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues
· Liaise with Suppliers to ensure that the smooth flow of products from Suppliers to Clients
· Compile, analyse and timely preparation of SST reporting for submission
· Timely preparation and submission of Certificate of Origins for all export shipments
· Manage existing and new approval under Section14(2)
· Timely preparation of quarterly Section14(2) reporting for submission
· Raise Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order
· Coordinate to ensure completeness in all K1 and K2 documents and data
Requirements:
· Must possess at least a Diploma in any field
· Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia and English
· Strong verbal and written communications skills
· Good interpersonal and organisational skills
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
· At least two (2) years of working experience in related field
