Telemarketing

Job Description: 

• Revenue targets through sales and business development activities
• Development and execution of proposals for new business opportunities
• Calling the clients and fixing appointments for counselling sessions for their kids.
• Meeting the clients and consulting them for a better learning approach.
• Following up with the customer to ensure they are getting error-free service.
• Identifying prospects and meeting new clients through campaigns.
• Assisting customers in case they have any problems related to product services and retaining them
• Handling customer databases to ensure quality process flow from calling the lead till closing the deal.
• Logging conversations with clients on CRM software and maintaining databases properly.
• Coordination with other departments teams for striving customer expectations through the operation of a necessary report on a daily basis.
• Following hierarchy and maintaining the reporting structure of the organization.
• Development of content for Marketing communications

Requirements:

• Diploma in any fields
• 30 years old and below
• Good communication in English
• At least 6 months experience in Telemarketing
