Coordinate with operation team during delivery and collection car. /
To record keep all sales related.
Handling paperwork & online system booking.
Posting on social media - Google My Business & Facebook ,etc
Reply Review on social media./
Video & Facebook live Boss./
Able to adapt with new position/ AdHoc task.
Medium level of Microsoft Word / Excel & Power Point.
Liaise with panel workshop , service center on maintenance./
100% puncture time management.
Time management & arrangement , customer service is top priority.
Job Requirements :
Valid Driving license & B2
Able to perform after working hour for delivery & collection car.
Must be able to perform when public holiday , school holiday and any other festival.
Language prefer : English, Mandarin,Bahasa. Chinese speaking value added ( all must preferred)
Own laptop
Working hour Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
