Description:

Job scope

To assist Master in handling files including conduct legal search;
Draft letters in English and BM;
E-file cause papers and arrange for service of cause papers;
Prepare cause papers, bundle of documents, record of appeal and etc;
If need arises go to Court for mentioning the case;
Attending daily clerical works;
Appointment with clients.

Requirement

Experience in preparing litigation and conveyancing documentations is a plus

Honest, responsible and possess positive working attitude
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English;
Interested and meticulous in documentation work
Immediate availability
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
