Description:

Develop and implement Sales and Marketing policy and strategies.
Create or expand customer networking and maintain a good relationship.
Achieve Sales and Marketing objectives by means of intelligence collection and analysis, prepare and execute the strategic plan, review the results periodically and take corrective actions to rectify the trend if it is off-track.
Expand the product line, sales volume and market sharing % in the aspects of geographically market, channel type and no. of channel expansion and etc.
Prepare the order forecast, plan the corresponding resources and take actions including supplier ordering, promotion, manpower deployment and training if necessary and etc. for fulfilling the customer demand.
Prepare the pricing strategy, improve the product marketability and profitability and be responsible for the revenue volume and profit %.
Increase the order fulfillment rate and extent of customer satisfaction level.
Enhance the sales operation procedure for fixing any loophole and improve the efficiency and effectiveness.
Any ad-hoc job is assigned by the top management
Qualification Requirement:
·         Customer and result oriented mindset.
·         Strong sense in integrity, responsibility and due date consciousness.
·         Degree holder or above in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant subject.
·         At least 5 years in the managerial level or above in Sales and Marketing.
·         Strong customer networking and database.
·         Excellent in NPI and time management.
·         Good communication, presentation and management skills.
·         Good command in English and MS office including Power-point, Excel, Word and others.
·         Driving license holder.
·         Living in Manila Area.
