Overlook and check the accounting entries and advise appropriate adjusting of transactions with tax sanctions.
Managing and checking of tax returns such as Monthly Expanded Withholding Tax – 1601-E, Monthly and Quarterly VAT Returns – 2550M and 2550Q, Quarterly and Annual Income Tax Returns –1702Q and 1702, Documentary Stamp Tax Returns – 2000 aligning to Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and Board of Investment (BOI) reportorial requirements.
Monitoring and approves governmental and tax reports with compliance to statutory reporting deadlines – large taxpayers and non-large taxpayers.
Supervise and coordinate resolution of Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) audits, assessments, and notices.
Responsible for the quarterly and annual reports (S1 and S3) as required by Board of Investment (BOI) for utilization of Income Tax Holiday incentive
Knowledge and Experience Required:
A graduate of Accountancy or any related courses
At least 5 years of experience relevant to tax activities and supervision
Knowledgeable in financial statement analysis and tax advisory
Experienced in tax return, accounting entries, tax violations and reports
Preferred: with CPA certification
With excellent communications and analytical skills
