Online English Tutors

We are looking for Online English tutors for Kids.

Job Description:

1. Online 1-on-1 English teaching position; Students are kids from South East Asia.

2. Home-based (remote)

3. Teach English using provided materials

4. Join on-boarding Training with allowance (training allowance applies only if you pass the training).

5. Give feedback on students learning efficiency, and join daily training/teaching research/meetings to improve teaching skills and ability.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher

2. have more than 1 year of English teaching experience to young learners.

3. hold a TESOL/TEFL certificate

4. have a passion for teaching young children: active, interactive, motivated

5. fluent English with a Good accent

6. Quiet environment with stable internet and computer equipment, and better with backup.

Schedule:

13:00-21:00 weekdays;

9:00-21:00 weekends (work only if it has booked classes)

Days off: optional from Monday to Thursday; 2 days off every other week, 1 day off on the remaining weeks

Classes are booked and informed in advance; Company provides teaching materials; thousands of potential students

Salary: Basic pay of 1600 to 2000 RMB with bonuses
