Description:

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

1.       Leads, manage and make team accountable for all the tasks assigned;

2.       Deliver volume and yields targets agreed while remaining focused on relationship building with internal and external clients;

3.        Manage sales pipeline and accurate forecasting;

4.       Monitor performance and against KPI and take corrective action where necessary;

5.       Deliver analytical report for the sales progression review;

6.       Manage holistically all agents under the team such as on performances, work compliance, behavior and others;

 

Job Qualification:

  • College Degree Level of Sales, Business Management, Sales/Marketing or any related course
  • With 10-15 years sales and marketing experience
  • With at least 5 years managerial experience
  • Successful management negotiation and tender processes skills
  • Ability to build strong and lasting relationships at all levels, focusing on decision makers and influencers
  • Thorough understanding of customer drivers, needs and requirements
  • Ability to leverage internal and external financial data to build winning strategies and understand account economics
  • Good product knowledge. Experience working in a Beauty (Salon) Service industry will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge about market, competitor and industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A team player
