TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

MTIC is a solution provider in the form of its products such as specialized structural silicone glazing, high elongation waterproofing system, special floor coating for warehouses, strength reinforcing carbon sheets for bridges and building structures, fireproofing materials and automotive sealant and adhesive.

We are looking for a personnel who can provide assistance to our sales personnel  by preparing product presentations, mock-up, sampling and do consultation with clients to assist and assess  project requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists Sales unit in preparation of all technical materials and equipment in all presentations of products
• Prepare and show proper installation and application of products in all its uses, requirements and discussing the construction policies and procedures..
• Monitors and give full attention to clients inquiries and consultations, ensure immediate action in assisting and coordinating with the client needs.
• Informs client on the status of their requirements, if ready for acceptance, handle buyers’ queries and complaints both telephone calls and walk-in buyers to satisfy their needs and to relieve the company on its maintenance by sending them notices and answering letters from buyers.
• Orients and assist buyers on their application to construct/ renovate/ extend. Evaluate and recommend for approval the construction/ renovation application.
• Reviews and recommend for approval the buyer request for modification and alterations before construction.
• Facilitates efficient feedback system/ coordination, communication that encourages inputs and information dissemination through constant follow-ups by way of all means of communications.
• Suggests systems/method for continuous personal enhancement of trade development by attending work development and improvement by attending work-related seminars and other skills enhancement programs.

 Qualifications:

• Newly Graduates are welcome to apply and will be accomodated
• Certificates on the field, Engineering, Architecture graduates is a plus
• With at least 1 year work experience in construction field
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• With good interpersonal skills
• Organized and Eloquent
