Job Main Responsibilities:

·         Handle and respond to customer enquiries and complaints through phone and emails.

·         Ensure all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company's processes and procedures.

·         Identify and escalate difficult and complex issues to senior team members.

·         Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customer.

·         Update and maintain accurate information of customer interaction, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company's system.

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum SPM holder and above.

·         Diploma, Degree Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

·         Good communication skills of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must.

·         Willing to work on shift rotational shift basis. KPI incentive & Shift Allowance will be provided.

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Candidate must be willing to work in UOA Business Park (near to LRT & KTM).

·         5 Working Day with 2 Off Day in a week
