1. Management of recruitment and sourcing operations. Monitor manpower request of clients and ensure close coordination with Operations.
2. Ensure that the team meets deliverables based on lead time. Strategize, implements corrective actions necessary to improve and achieve team’s target. Initiate actions to assist operations for any delay identified from the side of the client.
3. Provide assistance to Recruitment as needed to close any outstanding MRF.
4. Perform other tasks as directed by the Immediate Head.
