· Ensuring Workability, Intensity & Integrity
· Preparing all dishes to meet company standards for flavor, color, and aroma
· Guiding Kitchen Help and assisting with their training
· Performing all Back of House (BOH) responsibilities
· Physical work includes: standing long period, reaching counter tops/high storage shelves, can be exposed to heavy smoke and steam, and lifting heavy restaurant equipment/ingredients
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (High School Graduates and College Undergraduates with experience are also highly encouraged to apply)
