· Graduate of Accounting/Business related courses
· Preferably at least 5 years of experience in Payroll
· Knowledgeable in MS Office functions especially Excel, word & PPT
· With experience in processing of BIR filings & payments.
· Facilitate and review the process of payroll
· Prepares journal entries
· Endorsement & coordination with other department/employees for payroll transaction
· Handle reconciliation & endorsement of government transactions among others.
· Processing of government benefits.
· Computes the last pay of any separating employee and make sure that all receivables and payables are fully accounted for.
