JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Reports directly to the Technical Supervisor.
· Responsible for receiving / answering calls from client.
o Complaints
o Request for service.
· System Queuing. Encode requests and complaints in Microsoft Access.
· Prepare Sales Order for the following:
o Equipment Service unit for delivery and pull-out.
o Toner Replacement for delivery and pull-out.
o Printer Parts issued and used.
o Printer movements.
o Equipment for warranty and supplier.
· Assist in booking of flight schedules whenever needed.
· Monitoring of scheduled services of Technicians.
· Monitoring of Toner Replacement and Repair.
· Monitoring of equipment parts and repairs (computer, printer, audio visual and etc)
· Prepare request for service unit equipment for Research and Development (R&D) including canvasing.
