Role: Customer Experience Specialist  (AUS/ NZ Market)

Location: IOI City Mall Putrajaya

Type: 6 - 12 months contract - Leading to permanent based on your performance

Working Days: 8 hours work + 1-hour break                    

    • Monday till Friday: 8 hours of work + 1 hour break
      • The earliest shift starts at 4.00 AM and finishes at 1.00 PM.
      • The latest shift starts at 11.00 AM and finishes at 8.00 PM
    • Saturdays: 4 hours of work
      • The earliest shift starts at 4.00 AM.
      • The latest shift finishes at 8.00 PM.
    • Must be able to do Overtime as and when is required
    • Salary: RM2,700-RM2,800 (Non-Negotiable)
    • Travel Allowance: RM20 per day for shifts starting before 6.30 AM

 

JD: 

    • Handle and respond to customer requests, exceptions, and inquiries about package pick-up and deliveries
    • Resolve customers’ complaints as and when needed over the phone and/ or by email.

 

Requirements: 

    • SPM and above.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service/ sales/ telemarketing/ telesales.
    • FRESH Graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • EXCELLENT communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Able to start work on the 30th Jan 2023.
