1) Handling property handover and conduct pre-handover inspection for new tenants or expiring tenants,
2) To issue monthly invoice rental, follow up rental with tenant, issue reminder letters for outstanding payment, Letter of Demand, etc,
3) Request payment for maintenance fee, assessment rent, quit rent, other related building maintenance fee,
4) Assist to the tenants and resolve their problems/complaints, report and follow up with contractors on rectification of defects,
5) Correspondence to tenants for any property related matter; handle and attend to tenants’ complaints and resolve problems,
6) Correspondence with the out-source service providers (cleaning, landscaping, and etc.) to ensure the cleanliness of the properties,
7) Communicate and follow through with relevant authorities, when necessary,
8) Keep update control sheet to ensure all documents, agreement, license's, etc. are up to date and renewal of building insurance (if necessary) are made in time.
9) Any other duties as and when required assigned from time to time by the Superior/ Management.
Requirements:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Experience working with customer support.
Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Organized and detail-oriented
Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
