Description:

We’re looking for a passionate Business Administrator Intern who can support our business admin department with daily business administrative tasks and activities.

 

Working Location: Johor Bahru / Kuala Lumpur (Remote support - working from Home for now due to Covid-19)

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in driving and supervising strategies for positive business growth

  • Assist in overseeing the financial and budgetary activities

  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity

  • Keeping company databases up to date

  • Assist Business Administrator and the department with day-to-day customer relationship management and business operations

  • Identify inefficiencies and research new innovative ways for improvement through technology and resources

  • Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

 

Requirements:

  • Is pursuing/have pursued a Business Administration degree or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and networking skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Self-motivated & disciplined

  • Good oral and written command of the English language is required

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask

  • Broad business knowledge

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
