CSR - Insurance Pioneering Account - Pasig City

We are looking for candidates with (Customer Service Representative) working experience for our (Insurance Pioneer Account)

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding insurance policies and products
• Educate customers on different types of insurance coverage and help them choose the best option based on their needs and budget
• Process policy changes and updates such as adding or removing drivers, changing coverage limits, and updating contact information
• Provide quotes for new policies and renewal options for existing policies
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with underwriters and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company's computer systems
• Meet individual and team sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling insurance products to existing customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to provide accurate and current information to customers
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements :

• has 1 Year of BPO experience
• 2nd yr College Undergraduate
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
• Fully Vaccinated

Other Qualifications:

• 1-year BPO preferably with Insurance / Banking / Financial account experience but not required or College Grad w/o Exp
