Orbit Teleservices is urgently hiring Call Center Representatives for Hybrid (mix WFH & Office) and Onsite Set-Up

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Apply perfected understanding and measures when assisting client queries
✅ Ensure client 100 % satisfaction in all transactions
✅ Ownership of client demands and additional follow-up to assure a resolution was provided
✅ Maintain a competent and polite temperament when conversing with consumers and peers
✅ Perform any duties as they are assigned

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Highschool diploma / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate / Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Excellent English language conversation skills
- Computer and Web proficient
- Not currently employed or studying
