Job Responsibilities:
● Follow standard operations and procedures.
● Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
● Ensure one-call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
● Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
With or without BPO Experience
College Graduate
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
