Description:

Responsibilities

Work on hiring demands of clients under IT/Engr and Executive Search. Build a strong relationship with client and do company branding. Search for candidates by boolean and google x-ray, social media, and other platforms

Qualifications

Open to Hybrid Set up
Can work onsite at Bicutan, Taguig at least once a week
6 months minimum experience in Recruiting (IT, Engr, and exec)
Sourcing experience (boolean, google x-ray)
Full cycle recruitment experience
Has experience directly communicating with different levels of candidates

Schedule: Day shift 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays.
