Call Center Representative | Day Shift |No BPO Exp

Job Description:

• Answering inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Listening attentively to customer inquiries and providing accurate information and solutions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, such as product inquiries, billing questions, and technical problems.
• Managing and updating customer accounts and records in the company's database.
• Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers when appropriate.
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company's products, services, and policies.
• Following established scripts and procedures to handle customer interactions effectively.
• Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, empathizing with their concerns, and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
• Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or supervisory staff when necessary.
• Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional speaking voice.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate through different software applications.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• No BPO experience required, as training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: Php23,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
