Inventory planning, and implementation of supply strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Facilitate/Schedule Order meeting

Create/Check reports for the meeting

Interprets data into valuation points and uses it as the basis for ordering

Work with General Sales in forecasting sales transactions

Works as Group Manager in planning and implementing overall supply chain strategy

Coordinates with H. O. regarding ordering status and variance explanations

Provide reports that will explain the supply plan for the Pre-Order meets

Responsible for assuring profitability of all line up for the company to achieve plans

Measure variance of applicable exchange rate and plan the % increase of SRP to catch up with profitability

o Study profitability per unit per price condition from General Sales

Manage the price of aging stocks for disposal

Create CAL for new bodies and models in coordination with HML

Review monthly forex for a large variance from the OBP rate

Report quarterly changes in list prices of Japan truck brands and study the strategy of each company

Monitor import data for price-related information utilized for better pricing strategic planning

o Create CEP Analysis for existing models for price repositioning

Create a Price Proposal for CBU transactions and analyze the best process/product flow

Responsible for helping the company achieve targets/plans by working with the whole division

Facilitate/create project schedules, plans, objectives, and meeting materials

Work with division in the implementation of projects to help HMP

Help IMPEX to analyze the best shipping company that will not affect our process

Qualifications:

Work experience as Supply chain supervisor for 2 years

Hands-on experience in supply chain management software (SAP MM, AP Module, SAP Plant Maintenance, etc.)

Excellent Excel skills (Advance command and analysis)

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Team player | Good management skills | Great interpersonal and communication skills

BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a similar related field

Work schedule: Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
